REFLECOAT

Reflecoat® coatings:

Reflecoat® heat-resistant coatings are currently available in white, red and blue, but pilot projects are in the pipeline involving various colours, including for directional lighting to promote targeted plant growth. Development programmes are also underway for applications in livestock farming, the housing sector, the construction sector, industry and public spaces.

The coatings currently available are:

Reflecoat HT800W (White, resistant to peak temperatures of 800 degrees)
Reflecoat HT500B (Blue, resistant to peak temperatures of 500 degrees)
Reflecoat HT300R (Red, resistant to peak temperatures of 300 degrees)

Other colours may be available on request.

Extremely heat-resistant with excellent adhesion to many substrates and good resistance to moisture, water, chemicals and weathering, even under widely fluctuating temperatures.

Specially formulated, extremely heat-resistant resin.

Coated reflectors

Several types of reflectors from various manufacturers are now fitted with a Reflecoat® coating; however, it has been observed that there are notable differences in the surface structure on the reflector side. Furthermore, the condition, dimensions and shape of the reflectors have a significant influence on the processing time and the quantity of coating required, making price differentiation necessary.

We have already applied a Reflecoat® coating to the following reflectors for the horticultural sector: Agrolux Midi, Hortilux Alpha, Beta, Deep, Delta, Medium, Midi, Superwide, Wide, GAN Ecomax, Gavita MD and W.
